Ag Exemption Form Submission

To qualify for agricultural tax exemption, a completed Texas Agricultural Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate (Form 01-924) with a valid Ag/Timber Registration Number must be submitted and kept on file.

Applicable sales tax will be applied to all purchases until this information has been received and verified.
